Irene Lew of World Screen brings news that Cartoon Network plans a year-long celebration around the world on The Powerpuff Girls tenth year of saving the world. Events include live events and limited merchandise. She also seems to confirm that there is a movie-length episode to air in the later part of the year. This is definitely exciting news. We at least get to see the girls in action one more time, and with all the stuff that is to come out, I can see once again what it’s like to be a fan at a time of popularity.
